This funny-looking small toad was perched on a small plant near a fast-moving rocky stream at Kubah National Park. This is a typical pose and location for a calling male, though I didn't see it call.

This one was just off a forest trail, not particularly close to any body of water, on an on-and-off rainy night. They look so serious!

These three were all perched on boulders near a fast-moving rocky stream. At least the first one was indeed calling; you can see its inflated vocal sac.

Just like last year, I also found one individual this year that was in the forest vegetation, not particularly near any body of water.
