Draco maximus
—
Great Flying Dragon
Also known as:
Giant Gliding Lizard

Kurt spotted this large flying lizard high up a tree trunk in a clearing, and identified it as Draco maximus. The lizard only went up higher, and I only got these kinds of lousy hand-held photos.

The next day we tried again in the same area. This time was much better — I got lousy photos on a tripod.
